- To initiate a return, you must obtain a Return Authorization “RMA” You can do this by sending us a message by clicking Contact US  and providing the Order number, email for the account, best number to contact you, and a detailed description of what is wrong with the order.  

- All Returns have 30 days from the invoice date to request an RMA

- Products need to be returned in original packaging (the packaging cannot be damaged or marred in any way) with a detailed description of what is wrong with the item, and a full refund will be issued.

- All other items that are in like new condition (the packaging cannot be damaged or marred in any way) can be returned to be restocked, but these items will have up to a 15% restocking fee taken from the credit.

- PRE-PAID Return labels will only be issued if there was a mistake on our end (wrong product shipped etc.)

- Refunds will be submitted after the product has been returned. 

- For the safety of our customers, There are no returns on Ammunition
